Fresh Woman Mexx 2011

Mexx continues to ride the freshness train - and once again crashes into a wall...

"Fresh Woman" is a very unisex, watery, and chemically pungent shower gel freshie with a lot of artificiality and cacophony (despite its straightforward nature on paper). A pretty terrible scent! I know it's meant for those on a budget and perhaps for young people - but even they deserve better between dodgeball and computer science club! "Fresh Woman" is flat and unrefined, it pricks and clings, it annoys and doesn't stand out. And when it does, it's only negatively. It wants to cover something up where there's nothing to cover. It wants to dilute something where there's nothing to dilute. It wants to be nothing because it can't be anything. No future. Indefinable. Never useful.

Bottle: ugly, simple, bottom drawer
Sillage: weak - one can almost be a bit happy about that...
Longevity: weak (2-4 hours) - I hardly complain about this either...

Conclusion: a very simple and at times really nasty freshie from the cheapest segment... Not recommended. Not even for teenagers. Not even "just" for sports. No good teenage memory...
