Hooked by the Parfumo article and the scent notes...
I see coconut in fragrances, in creams, in shower gel, and of course in food.
A few days ago, I read the article here about the perfume and immediately checked the scent notes. Ohhhhhh coconut water, I have to test it.
Today was finally the day, and I walked into the drugstore with a scanning look. There it was: Michalsky Berlin Summer '24 for Women.
I didn't even spray a test strip but went straight for my arm.
The first sniff was somehow alcohol-heavy, and then the coconut water came. Full blast. A bit like coconut schnapps. The alcohol note fades away very quickly. The scent becomes beautifully soft, sweet, and is not too heavy. Perfect for summer!
The longevity is mediocre, longer on clothes than on the skin for sure.
There is a sillage maybe in the first 10 minutes.
I think it's a great scent for layering. This will be tested thoroughly.
The price is fantastic, especially if you have the R. app with 10% and then this week an extra 20% off all fragrances. So I picked up 2 bottles for under 15 euros...

I usually smell like a coconut 🙈 the stronger and sweeter, the better. But I can understand that it can be too much for many people and really gets on their nerves.
