Sugarful Michel Germain 2019 Eau de Parfum

I... Kinda Love This?
I got this on Scentbird and immediately thought "why did I get this? It's going to smell cheap and boring and I'll hate it" but I'm surprised to find that I have been reaching for it more than I expected.
I get mostly citrus and berry and a very pink, crystalline sugar. It's bright and airy rather than syrupy and gag-inducing. This is very sweet but in a breezy and crisp kind of way - more like biting into a sugar cube than that last corn-syrup-laden swig of a latte.
I don't think it smells like the flavor of cotton candy but I get where the comparison comes from.
Longevity is not so good but it's not an expensive fragrance so to me that is OK.
It doesn't really smell "natural" but refined sugar isn't really natural so why would anyone expect that from this fragrance? I don't find the unnatural-ness of it off-putting. I agree that it smells kind of young and body-spray-ish but I don't think that's a bad thing.
I enjoy this enough that I'm planning on trying Sugarful Sweet Nothings and Sugarful Dream so I'll review those when I get to it.
