Gin fizz
Initially a fresh and herbal citrus start like lemon verbena plucked straight from the garden with the green sap still on the hands. There is a fresh hint of gin as if this were ato p a freshly poured drink with bubbling water, ice and herbal lemons. Then an interesting nuance like black pepper but more spicy. This stays quite fresh and in the citrus green camp. Spring ans summers day, fresh and crisp fragrance. Kind of scratchy in a good, earthy way.
