Mysterious Time Travel...
...into the 1970s. Or into the "Belle Epoque" era. Alternating - sometimes here - sometimes there. Waxen skin that was considered chic. Tanned sun worshippers. Secrets of two epochs that could not be more different. Attempts at explanation may remain incomplete for some readers....
The peach opening with citrus fruits and jasmine clearly points to the early 20th century. "Modest and proper" in long dresses, often in corsets - Sunday strollers with stiff bow ties at the white shirt collar along with described ladies.
Slowly the image changes - no "flash" within seconds - but overlapping layers leading into the 1970s - the same couple, in the same place - just completely different clothing. Further Indian look, paisley patterns - the modest knot unraveled into flowing long hair - here she comes, he in worn jeans and colorful Indian shirt, the short, precisely cut hairstyle giving way to chin-length curls. Smelling of sandalwood, patchouli, and "hippie rose" soaked in cedar oil.
Sometimes, however, it seems to experience a kind of strange "image disturbance," like in double-exposed videos. Flickering between the times. The long, tight corset dress sways over the wide Indian look... The stiff bow tie stands out on the collar of the casual 70s man.
Eccentric mixed music of Viennese waltz and hard rock accompanies the scene.
Cut - new image - unification. Olfactorily through ambered musk notes - visually through a man in a white shirt - bow tie and worn jeans - a lady with a strict knot, Indian dress with corset... strange - ??
But that is what this fragrance tells me, which fits half and half into both times...

This is a fragrance that unfolds "between the times."
