the finest
..that I own besides J'Adore l'Or!

Here too, it's a grand spectacle with flowers of all kinds, especially Yaaaasmin, violet, lily of the valley, and vetiver.
The perfume has a slightly soapy touch and therefore comes across as quite elegant.
The fragrance notes are strictly confidential; I tried everything, even to charm the former production manager.

It is a warm, velvety scent of excellent quality and could very well come from the house of Dior....

It is now also available as EdP and EdT for men, which I, of course, ordered immediately.
Unfortunately, it's only available in Vienna (also online), and anyone who needs the link can get it from me.

Daisy and Turandot once had a sample; maybe they would like to say something about it.

Vienna Calling "oh oh oh"
"I hope it is not necessary to say,
that I care very little about Salzburg and nothing at all about the Archbishop
and that I don't give a damn about both."
(Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart 1756 - 1791), Austrian composer and musician

Goodness, how vulgar! *laugh*
Of course, one associates Mozart with music and Salzburg. Memories that lead to the small museum, the beautiful narrow, colorful streets, the hustle and bustle, the dialect, and the many lovely cafés... wonderful, delightful!
Chocolate, coffee, Sacher Torte, Salzburger Nocker'l *uff, what a portion*, money, glitter, sights.
To all who have never been there... ---> hop, hop, off you go! Especially now during the Christmas season!

Now to "Mozart" the fragrance *sigh - still indulging*
I was very lucky to finally get this fragrant piece of jewelry. I had imagined something similar to an Eau de Cologne. Something strongly smelling of vetiver, greenish and clear.
But no! Far from it. Mozart is soft, gently floral, clean, and has a soapy creaminess that is far from "smelling clean".
Yes, you feel like you smell pure, but not this clean clean, rather just a well-groomed, pure, surely still with a hint of musk underlying clean feeling. Rounded off with a *puff* from a powder puff that was dipped in powder, shaken off, and blown away.
It could contain orris root and orchid. Just like oak moss and musk.
By no means boring - on the contrary! I keep thinking about what this scent reminds me of over time.
My Melodie from earlier, somewhat softened, mixed with Lux - I think that was the name of the soap back then.
A mild floral scent, not intrusive, as if you were burying your nose deep in a lush bouquet, but rather as if you were stroking your hand over a sea of flowers and then smelling your hand.
I would love to have a large bottle of it, but I will get that when I can finally be in Salzburg again.

Symphony in Bloom
Yes, Ingepetra and I spent a few very funny, beautiful, and memorable hours together today. Parfumo Ossietreffen light!

And we tested Mozart. A wonderful scent that still lingers on my skin. Since there are no details available and the Mozart House is also very discreet, I will try to create a fragrance pyramid from what we detected:

Top notes: Aldehydes, Bergamot, Mandarin
Heart notes: Ylang-Ylang, Tuberose, Lily of the Valley, Rose
Base: Sandalwood, Musk, Vetiver, Cedar, Vanilla

Mozart is a floral, elegant scent that does not have to hide behind Quelques Fleurs by Houbigant (which we tested in parallel) or Molinard by Molinard.
Mature and beautiful! No idea what it costs. Longevity is brilliant!

Great
Thanks to the comments, I became curious and Turandot gifted me a sample.

In the meantime, I know how aldehydes smell, and I also know that such somewhat austere top notes can develop beautifully.
The slightly austere, slightly lush-fruity opening leaves me sitting here full of expectation.

After 5 minutes, wonderful floral notes emerge. I smell a restrained rose, a hint of tuberose, and lovely ylang.

Furthermore, a fine powderiness seems to come through, underscored by a delicate bitter touch.
This keeps the fine fragrance from being too sweet, instead giving it a classic elegance.

The first notes of the base waft in. Finest soft sandalwood, a bright musk note, and delicate soapiness.
Warm, soft, lovely, with beautiful development and very noble.
This fragrance is a big deal; it deserves more attention.

"THE" Popstar of the 18th Century.....
.....world-famous, and yet with many a "dark side." Mozart was undoubtedly one of the most scandalous "Young Wild Ones" in the music scene and in "high society" at that time.
He hardly adhered to conventions, and to "decency," as it was defined back then, he often paid no heed at all. His music, undoubtedly genius, did not conform to the "tragically heavy" musical taste of the time; it was mostly light-hearted and melodious "poppy," as one might say today. So, a true rebel, comparable to Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones in the 60s.
And of course, there is a fragrance that reflects this "light-heartedness" with an elegant, prominent ambiance.
A scent that represents youth in its powdery floral essence, yet possesses some "gruff," but somehow gallant qualities.
Green notes that evoke trees tousled by the wind before the gates of a special city. Autumn leaves in the park? Or the slightly messy "braided hairstyle" of a young, wild musician.
Hints of rugged friendliness are created by a dose of vetiver and woods, under whose "smooth surface" a quiet, coarse tone resonates.
Yet quite "socially acceptable" in its subtle manner.
A quiet revolution beneath a layer of powder.; And elegant flowers that contain a subtle tragedy.
A search for "eternal youth," at the cost of an early ...... Mozart lived only 36 years.....
Yet full beauty in its entirety is inherent to "Mozart," both the person and the fragrance.
Will one be reborn?...
I think so........

Smells like the Piano Sonata in C major and not like Don Giovanni, light, floral, soapy. Doesn't do justice to Mozart. It's impossible anyway.

A beautiful, elegant, floral composition - a symphony of a flower meadow where every note delights the heart - looking forward to spring!
