The Virgin's Perfume

My very first perfume. 1993. 13 years old. All the girls gifted it to each other, wished for it at Christmas - even my mom wasn't spared (at this point: Sorry... Somehow my mom's bottle never ran out, unlike mine...).

In my class, there were 33 students. Eight boys, the rest girls. All the boys showered in Davidoff in the morning, all the girls, without exception (!!!) doused themselves with Une Touche de Naf Naf. No wonder I'm a migraine patient today. Our poor, poor teachers! (Also at this point: Sorry!)

I don't even remember exactly what it smelled like. Somewhat sweet-floral, quite intense. The bottle looked like a pacifier, which I thought was super coooool back then...

Overall, I associate beautiful memories with it: the first real parties, city strolls, going out with the girls, raiding Douglas' Naf Naf supplies ;-)
There are certainly worse first perfumes. If there were still some available to buy, I would get a mini version for sentimental reasons.

I used to give this to my sister all the time. Whenever I was in the bathroom, I would smell the bottle. Super sweet but addictive. I wonder if I still like it as much today?

I can't remember there being so much perfume splashed around at our school. Really poor teachers ;)

That could also explain why the Cool Water wearer back then got migraines around that time; I never connected it to the kiddie scent though... ;-)

Really? Oh, oops. Still think it looks like a pacifier!

The bottle with the "bow" is meant to resemble a pig's curly tail, and "Naf naf" was an onomatopoeia for grunting *lol*

Almost a year ago, you could still find it at Schlecker. I received it as a gift quite often.
