At .25 o'clock, G.. has a scent. Grapefruitian transparency fills G.. Orange blossom transparency permeates G.. All Nasengolds are transparent creatures, unburdened, smart, and casual, laidback scents indeed. Christian Plesch's protégé G. is fresh-fruity-soft-huggable. The fragrance smells of fluffy modernity. But Nasengold wouldn't be Nasengold if everything weren't different. In the top note, very tiny agile turbulences spread out, which later dissipate in flat waves.

When it comes to grapefruit, my nose generally always says one thing: Difficult, very difficult. Grapefruit is often more poorly executed than well in designer fragrances, more piercingly sour than pleasantly agreeable. Here, a few names like Hugo Red by Hugo or Eau de Lacoste L. 12. 12 Blanc by Lacoste can be mentioned. Of course, there are exceptions like Agrumi Amari di Sicilia by Bois 1920, or G. by Nasengold.

But while the other fragrances smell like 11 o'clock in the morning (Hugo) or 2 o'clock in the afternoon (Lacoste), Nasengold smells different, specifically at .25 o'clock. The grapefruit is complemented by my dearly beloved sulfur. Everything is relaxed and easy at the precise time of 25.

What do you usually do at .25 o'clock? Well, typically you smell of peppy soft citrus fresh fruit, more precisely: a grapefruit-orange. A sweet note also flits through the picture, which is just as mild as the fruity one, more precisely: mild fruity sweetness. Soft floral accents strike exactly this gentle chord. However, the fruity sweetness is not only fruity and sweet but is constantly reinvented through so many interrelationships. The gentle waves that now fill the air shape G..

This is all the more successfully designed, as jasmine and rose harbor the potential for capriciousness, and not in small measure. Here they are mild and simply fit the picture, round, harmonious, and exemplary. The fruity ideas are reflected in the fruity touch and the fresh components in the floral details. Together, they create a new fragrance for .25 o'clock.
