Gorgeously creamy sandalwood
This is, at the moment, my favorite sandalwood intepretation. it’s creamy and resinous, but also tart, green and floral. It feels almost edible, not in a vanilla cupcake way, but in a contemporary, strangely flavoured gourmet ice cream way, like those beeswax, earl gray or wasabi sorbets. You know that carpenter on tiktok that makes wood desserts? That’s what I mean.
Putting fig in this was a master move by Verônica, so thanks to her. the notes I can sense the most are musk, sandalwood, fig, amber, breu branco, violet, amber, priprioca, and for the notes I sense that are not in the olfactory pyramid: iris & white tea. The performance is good (around 5 hours without boosters or body oils and moderate projection), and the price (R$395 - approximately USD$73) is great for what is being offered.
