Spicy citrus and green tea that transforms into a fruity green tea scent!
I wasn't sure I'd appreciate this perfume since I do not usually enter spicy territory (I find this accord more befitting to a man than a woman, but that's my personal opinion). I was still curious to test it out since it came in a discovery set with two other NEST perfumes.
At the start, I could feel a very spicy accord with something that reminded me of cough syrup: there was this sharp medicinal undertone. When the perfume settles down on my skin after about 30 minutes, I got this sharp citrus coming from the bergamot and the lemon. There was also a fresh, green herbaceous mix in there (the morrocan tea note). I couldn't really smell any fig in there because the citrus sting and the tea notes were too strong. After about an hour and a half, the medicinal sting goes away and I'm greeted by this lovely delicate fruity tea scent. I could smell a non-descript fruity scent that paired with a nice cup of green tea. The spicyness receded in the background (even though it was still there).
I will not be keeping it in my collection because the first few hours or so are not my favorite and I find it leans masculine, but after the two hour mark it becomes a nice delicate, but fragrant, fruity green tea that leans more neutral. It's certainly not a blind-buy and wasn't a love at first sight (although it ended up growing on me a little bit).
