Like after the rain...
Petrichor is the name of this earthy scent after the rain and SV reminds me strongly of it. The sweet freshness in it transports me to my childhood among nature, in the rainforest. It's fresh but woody. It is sweet but restrained. It's loud but quiet and subtle at the same time. I love it.
When I first tried it I found it very harsh and dry but funnily enough when I got home at night I could still feel it on my arms and the scent had changed in such a beautiful way I had to go back to the store the next day to try it again....
And then it was love. Wore it in the summer and just in the fall too.... Apparently it gets even nicer in winter. So I like it, I find it contradictory and totally original. Smells like nothing familiar, it's unique and actually niche.
