I'm slowly starting to develop a bit of a crush on this house, which never really spoke to me with its pastel poetry album aesthetic. (It's pretty, but I lack identification...) So far, none of the scents I've tried have been a miss; on the contrary, my notes express surprise each time at the imagery, the pleasantness, a certain enchantment, and especially the progression. Although this one, with its rose geranium focus, would be a bit of a disguise for me, the journey from the harsh herbal notes to the gracefully, somewhat opulent floral heart and then to a resinous-balsamic embrace at the end is quite impressive. And as some previous commenters mentioned regarding the name: it's not really leathery here, but rather an old usage of the term.
