It's not that easy
if you like fragrances that have a decent shelf life and then also boast a sharp sillage....then sooner or later you'll come to Orto Parisi, the man from Nasomatto with the crazy nose.
Then you also stumble straight into "Megamare", which also bears the nickname "Beast".
That for an aquatic fragrance.
When I went to test this fragrance in a department store in Düsseldorf, I was very excited. Because none of the things that were described about the fragrance I could grasp or imagine in any way what it smells like.
As soon as I sniffed the top of the bottle, a very fresh sea-like cloud came towards me. After spraying it on for the first time, I noticed something very aquatic.
The scent is not easy to describe and it is mega strong in the opening. It doesn't let anyone else get the upper hand. Like a pit bull defending his territory, saying "here I am" and no one else. You have to give the fragrance some time, then the strong rusty sea smell turns into something, I would say spicy. This fragrance envelops you for at least the whole day. And I was delighted to notice it again and again with a clear breeze.
It is a scent that is very difficult to interpret and it is one of those beasts that you have to try out. Some like it, others don't. I see the fragrance as more unisex than for men. It is provocative, strong and room-filling. I was in a perfumery the day before yesterday and wanted to test some and had 3 sprays of Megamare on that day. I didn't or couldn't smell anything of what I wanted to smell there. Megamare is incredibly territorial and snappy and doesn't let any competitor get close to it. I really like that about the fragrance. You don't always have to be able to explain everything you like and find great. It's like with all Orto Parisi... test it and see if you like it. Maybe only at the second attempt. In the fresh range of fragrances, it can't be topped in terms of durability, but it is somewhat specific. I can only give it full points because it achieves what it stands for with the best performance.

Vanilla dream
mancera Aoud Vanilla exudes a brute, synthetic cloud from the very first spray. Please don't get me wrong, I love the synthetics in Mancera fragrances. I just love it, even if it does knock me off my feet every time. This soon subsides and after the first...

only the cap "stinks"
because it really smells of metal, so that you like to wash your hands
The scent itself has nothing to do with stinking, i.e. faeces, fertilizer or excrement.
It is a warm, spicy and sensual scent that has an extraordinary radiance.
If you have...
