Stercus Orto Parisi 2014

I became aware of Megamare a long time ago, because everyone was always talking about its durability as an aquatic fragrance.
At the time, I was still relatively new to the game and really wanted to get a sample of it. So I searched every Douglas store in vain and gave up.

Not too long ago, I ordered a sample here and waited eagerly for the post. When it finally arrived, less than 5 seconds later I already had the fragrance under my nose and I was shocked...

Simply shocked...

Shocked at how good this fragrance is...

Now I wanted to know and it was my mission in life to test all Orto Parisis. So I went to every perfumery I knew and asked for this brand. In vain...

But then I was drawn to the Breuninger in Stuttgart. I eagerly asked if Orto Parisi was available for testing... and look, all the bottles were lined up next to each other.

Beforehand, of course, I read the reviews and statements about these fragrances with great anticipation. I was most excited about Stercus.

It went through the line from bottle to bottle... one better, the other worse. Then it was the turn of Stercus. The employee sprayed the fragrance onto a test strip... i was blown away... i looked at her and said "I don't understand why some people write that it smells like feces... disgusting".

I asked her to spray the scent on my skin before I took it with me directly.
she sprayed it twice on my upper arm... lo and behold... it was a stench... it smelled animalistic... disgusting... get rid of it!

Of course I left it on and waited... not long passes - maybe 5-10min. - and a heavenly, cinnamon-like scent permeated with clove comes through, which, with the wood in the background, reminded me of a wooden house in the Middle Ages, dusty, old, damp...

This beautiful fragrance accompanied me the WHOLE DAY and penetrated my olfactory buds throughout...

Now the Stercus is on my wish list and I'm waiting for the colder seasons to buy it.
