A Chypre of the Purest Waters...
... or the Purest Perfumes...
The brand Parera was completely unknown to me before my rediscovery of vintage fragrances, of which this comment now represents Vol. III. I'm glad that has changed.
I gladly agree with Florblanca that the theme of "Chypre" has rarely been executed as cleanly, consistently, and naturally as it is here. Take "Pour Monsieur," cross it with "Capucci pour Homme," add a bit of "Acqua di Parma," and "Prime Minister" was born.
From the above comparison, the areas of use quickly become clear: summer, and preferably as hot as possible. Leisure, seaside restaurant, beach walk, etc.
I also only own the aftershave (the EdT seems to no longer be available), and I can confirm that the longevity is very solid for that. Far from the mainstream, I have once again uncovered a gem here. The Spanish vintage fragrances truly have remarkable level and quality.
