Travelling through the forest partly burned down by forest fire
The opening is strong smoky birch tar, birch wood burned to a coal. As if you stepped foot into the remains of the forest damaged by forest fire, and you first walk through the burnt part. Even the mushrooms got smoked, you still catch a whiff of them... There is also something animalic lingering in the air... As you walk further, the burnt part of the forest slowly gets replaced by the still alive growing part. The smoke gets weaker but never quite fades.
The smoky birch tar-ness of this scent reminds me of Feu Follet by LVNEA, but more umami and with leather in it.
