How Hayra Lost His Loneliness

Hayra was truly lonely, perhaps because the pond where he was allowed to dwell had long since turned. The pond had become sluggish, a moldy brackish brew, the edges blurred in sweet mud, greenish woody champaca leaves, earth, and galbanum. Thousands of small soap bubbles frolicked on the pond. There was probably too little water in the moss, and now and then it smelled of sweat when larger bubbles burst at the surface from the depths of the puddle. Who would want to know what Hayra was really up to down there or what path the jasmine blossoms, which sometimes popped up with the bubbles, had taken before.
In the mud, a few remnants of lime flesh shimmered, which the neighbor's children had initially thrown at Hayra. They soon saw no point in it anymore. Also because his annoyance had subsided after balsamic incense burned at the pond for his comfort, sandalwood and marigold incense sticks, and the sack of cumin that was sprinkled on the lake calmed Hayra's scents. And then it was all Indian shop, amber, cinnamon, and benzoin threads, one liked to stay overnight in the smoked tipi, with Hayra, the spicy hippie.
***
"Hayra" is roughly in the middle between Lomros' cumin-spiced soap "Nefer" and the goat farm "Homa." After a difficult green-animalistic start, it develops into a wonderfully balsamic spice smoke with cumin, resins, and incense in the foreground.

(Thanks to Shaking - for testers and the incredible trailer that could be filmed here)

I thought Hayra was a teenager and would lose something different. But now I can't help but think of the 2-year-old neighbor kid who was really into jumping in puddles... I'm leaving a trophy here and then I'm out...

Okay, if you find the scent, at least the beginning, 'difficult,' then it goes on my list of fragrances I absolutely have to test as soon as Christmas and Easter fall on the same day.

Hippie vibe. I would definitely give this a try. After Sea Angel, nothing can shock me anymore.

Mud, puddle, swamp... I’m not sure I want to smell like that. Even incense, sandalwood, and frankincense are a bit too much for me. But it’s probably hard to get anyway.

That sounds like quite an imposition.
Sweat, mud, blisters, and bumps; the balsamic goal - completely unattainable..?

"Distilled swamp water with sweat and mildew for 8. That must be some serious perfumer's skill.
The comment is definitely a remarkable piece of word art."

In the trailer, I felt sorry for Hayra because of the bratty kids. Now I'm relieved; I guess that's just what Hayra is good at.

I’d swing by too. With a guitar.
Or maybe ... take the chance while everyone’s at the party to sneak up on Homa's goats.

There's really a lot to smell again... Definitely nicer from the moment little piggy (?) Hayra gets blessed.

Once again, a successful description. However, the scent seems to be one of those overloaded and confusing Lomros compositions that I just can't relate to at all.

Anyone diving into Hayra should be careful not to choke. But standing by the pond and feeling the air sounds exciting!

Really great how you expanded on the story! I couldn't have described and made the scent more tangible myself! Nefer and Hayra are also among my *wearable* favorites from the test series.

The opening sounded really harsh. After that, it probably gets cozier with Hayra. But if he's happy in his little pond... ;)
