A green-floral patchouli scent

Patchouly Totentanz seems to be quite a respected fragrance in the Gothic scene. However, the "bottle" is honestly absolute rubbish, and therefore I find the price for 25ml to be significantly overpriced. A perfume in a cheap spray bottle - well... But as we all know, it's the inner values that count, and these are indeed successful here. The longevity is around 6 to 8 hours, and the sillage is quite pronounced, especially at the beginning.

The top note starts off rather sweet, powdery, and spicy. The patchouli subtly knocks with green nuances. In the heart note, sweet-floral aromas prevail thanks to rose water, jasmine blossoms, and lavender. In the base, it strongly smells of patchouli. This gives it a spicy and greenish scent, but also a good amount of earthiness and leather. In the background, there is also a subtle smokiness.

I'm not necessarily the biggest patchouli fan, but the scent smelled pleasantly on my good friend Linda. I thank her for letting me sniff it.
