The Royals are Enthusiastic - Thank You Eggi
Today I would like to use this review to thank the dear Eggi (Hey Eggi, Gebauer Voice). Besides Chyprette by Annette Neuffer, I acquired the Tolla Pegasus from Parfums de Marly from him.
Again, I thank him for his trust and the lovely testing opportunities.
Parfumo is truly a great community, thanks to all of you!
And I am indeed in a dilemma because I could really wear this scent for the office or during cozy evenings. To start with the H/S, I find it perfectly composed; it is not too loud to be disturbing and is just noticeable enough to spark curiosity…
On my skin, I perceive a soft metallic vault that cuddles in a fine-sweet way… this already positively captivates me; I have experienced metal with Secretions Magnifiques, and that was in its cold-hard nature (initially a bit unusual), but here it feels totally soft, charming, warm, and cuddly-inviting.
The fragrance is complemented by a noble powdery-leathery-oud audience in the throne room, and a whispering creamy majesty… the Royals are enthusiastic (a little nod to the reaction of Marc Gebauer & Herbert Stricker to Eggi's Parfumo statements, truly delightful).
What I find fascinating is that Tolla Pegasus becomes slightly stronger over the course of the day, at least on my skin, and even more so with people who initially did not perceive it or hardly did.
The bottle is a splendid 8 ml dumbbell, heavy, valuable, and I joyfully anticipate this when dabbing.
Thanks to Eggi, this well-adjusted and rare rarity is in my collection as the first Parfums de Marly, class!
Of course, it takes another honorary place.
I am curious about your opinions; Eggi mentioned that the regular Pegasus doesn’t necessarily need to be in the collection… what do you think? I’m a bit curious since there is also the Pegasus Exclusif…
