Mature Chypre Scent Melts Under "Gourmand"

Strange that a fragrance categorized as "Gourmand-sweet" can touch me so deeply. Since I am a slightly eccentric Chypre lover (the "older and stranger," the better) and also enjoy rich vetiver and dark incense scents, it’s all the more peculiar.
In "Guimauve de Noel/31," only orange blossom and vanilla sugar are listed, and perhaps it is this special combination of fragrance notes that triggers such a reaction in me.
For me, there is nothing to smell of "marshmallow," but rather a pure, simple endless expanse, as if I were flying from a dark, icy night toward the orange-red sunrise.
Across all time zones, always heading toward the awakening day.
The fragrance has no glamorous heaviness that many other vanilla scents possess; no, it is floating, transparent, almost ethereal, and yet millions of fragrance molecules reach my nose.
And for me, the perfume has nothing to do with Christmas.
Rather, it is a greeting from a friendly, bright, enveloping world.....

I also like it quite a bit, being an old Chypre fan.

I used up my sample today and I need more of this scent... I love the warm, enveloping aromas for the cooler season. But not too sweet, not too sticky, rather with a certain spice and uniqueness. And it has all of that. The play with contrasts. That's why I can only emphasize this comment.
