A clean scent par excellence. Pure white, radiant, creamy, well-groomed, and for me personally, a little dream.
This fragrance also evokes strong feelings of spring in me. A scent that makes you feel the first warm rays of sunshine on your face. A cup of coffee under the freshly bloomed lilac tree.
The lilac in Totally White smells heavenly, or just as you would imagine it, sweet without being too heavy, lightly fruity, floral without smelling like soap, and fresh, soft, and innocent. Lilac is in no way overwhelming here. Hawthorn has a subtle and lovely scent. The spiraea adds a delicate hint of jasmine. The wisteria suggests a gentle, bright grape note. But really quite simple and light. There is definitely a good portion of musk in here. I love that.
Overall, the fragrance doesn鈥檛 take a big turn, except that it becomes softer. It starts fresh-floral with a hint of powdery sweetness. Later, it becomes creamier. I have no associations with fabric softener or cream here. Totally White is a delicate white butterfly.
Filigree and airy. Wonderfully unobtrusive, despite decent longevity and sillage. The price is, however, a bit high. Still... for me, it鈥檚 the MUST HAVE for spring 2023!
Very beautifully written :) ..a delicate white butterfly, the description fits so wonderfully!
A scent, so beautifully fresh and creamy!
I already know that it will accompany me very often in spring and summer :)
So beautifully described! 馃槉 For me, Totally White is the perfect scent for a light spring/summer rain. And it replaces the dearly missed Yves Rocher - Lilas Mauve.
