For €9.99, I purchased this fragrance from an English house with full skepticism and because of the great scent pyramid - and because I am generally interested in Chypre fragrances. After the first spray, an intense and deliciously aromatic saffron-coriander-rose note wafts towards me, immediately boosting my serotonin production. I briefly think of Aromatic Elixir, but without the strong aldehyde vibe. In the middle phase, it holds back a bit and even becomes slightly creamy; patchouli is present, not too earthy, vetiver and gentle woods, and a cozy amber round it off. It is not as intense and biting as AE, it doesn't last as long, but it is definitely something for Chypre fans. Thumbs up!
