A fragrance without a heart!
As soon as you spray it on, you get that lovely crushed lemon. Wow, that's a really refreshing start. Unfortunately, this note fades within the next 5 minutes and I'm left with a dreary, peppery scent. The smell that remains reminds me a little of a heat patch. In my opinion, the fragrance is not worth its price, there are better fragrances from Penhaligon's.

It sounds like a tipped fragrance to me. Old sample perhaps? You don't have to like it, and of course it's traditional, but I can't understand a heat patch.
