The opening comes off with the sweetness of geranium and rum. When this sweet concoction settles to dry down, it is then combined with an astringent note similar to camphor. I'm really surprised with this amalgam and I love it. It puts the 'Calm' in its name. The perfumer has succeeded in materializing her vision for the perfume and properly named it. Lastly, I think it is safely unisex.
I sprayed it on me 8 in the morning. It was summer but the thunderclouds and downpour shaved off 8 degrees Celsius and made the the rest of the day comfortably cool. Sillage is average and projection lasted until 12 noon. However, I could smell whiffs of that soothing dry down until the evening! The skin scent lasted until the evening but was easily washed off after I showered.
Can't say anything about the pricing and bottle yet since I have only test a sample. I might buy this for myself in the future, if not for my parents.
