Popcorn vs. Cotton Candy
The first time I came across Pink Sugar was through the YouTuber Amber Scholl.
She described it as her favorite fragrance that she has been wearing for years and cannot even replace with her new designer perfumes. Curious, I had to order the scent right away.
It was a blind buy, but the risk was definitely worth it due to the low price.
When Pink Sugar finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that I didn't like the scent after all. I found it too sweet and set it aside for a few weeks.
However, during my second attempt, the situation was suddenly completely different. Pink Sugar smelled heavenly sweet and a bit like cotton candy. Even after several hours, the scent was still perfectly detectable. From that moment on, it became my new signature scent. I even recently finished my second bottle!
Whenever I wear Pink Sugar and enter a room, I spark discussions about whether I smell like popcorn or cotton candy (I think it’s cotton candy, but most people smell popcorn; I don’t get that at all). Besides that, I receive compliments for this scent every time, more often than for any other.
Pink Sugar is simply a very beautiful fragrance, perfect for teenagers or all younger women. It does come across as somewhat childish, especially due to the design of the bottle, but it is by no means only intended for young girls.
I can only recommend this perfume to anyone who likes sweet and gourmand scents and enjoys drawing attention to themselves. The price is unbeatable for this longevity and sillage.
I’ll stop gushing now and better order my third bottle ;)
