Caught Off Guard!
As soon as I "slip" into the New Year, I feel a longing for spring awaken within me.
This has been the case for as long as I can remember.
I am on the lookout to discover small harbingers of the warm season.
"The days are already noticeably longer, the sun is much higher now..."
After the spring-like temperatures over the holidays, winter has unfortunately caught up with me.
Bitter cold and snow have thrown a wrench in my plans.
I acquired Infusion d'Oeillet last summer.
I was already so taken by the delicate hint of carnation back then!
However, it has overwhelmed me now on these icy cold January days.
I don't even have to close my eyes; I can already see myself sitting in the garden, it's green, warm, and sunny.
The birds are chirping, the bees and insects are buzzing and humming, and from the corner of the rock garden, the lovely delicate scent of the little colorful nails wafts over to me.
The little heads in white and rosy tones stretch their faces towards the sun just like I do.
Taking a deep breath all the way to the tips of my lungs, absorbing the lovely, unmistakable scent into my heart -
that is my world!
The fine sandalwood note gives Infusion d'Oeillet the finishing touch, making the scent even more elegant.
It almost seems to me as if the little carnation ladies in their delicate colorful dresses are gracefully sitting on a wooden bench, enjoying the beautiful days. Now and then, one of them smooths her skirt, bounces her little foot, and smiles coyly. In a mysterious way, their appearance and scent enchant.
The longevity is moderate, the sillage is rather close to the body, and in my opinion, overdosage is simply not possible.
I suppose I still have to wait a little before I can turn my face towards the summer sun.
But dreaming about it is at least just as beautiful.

The infusion scents are really above-average mainstream fragrances, and the composition of the ingredients sounds great. You've piqued my curiosity, even though the pink color of the liquid raises a bit of skepticism. ;)
