The dark shadow of L'homme, but in a good way.
A strange title, but that's what I think every time I smell this perfume.
A VERY special scent, I can tell you that. It has nothing to do with L'Homme; there, freshness is more in play, the neat suit, well-styled hair, a very important briefcase with important documents, the business meeting in the skyscraper, the freshly polished Jaguar in the 4-car garage. L'homme, after all. Elegant, fresh, a nice scent that is quite... basic, even though it hurts to say that.
L'homme Intense is the brother who has gone astray, became a hitman, and only lurks in the shadows. That's the best way to describe it. A very dark scent, mysterious but simply alluring (or disarming, depending on how you take it). When the hitman has you firmly in his grip and his leather gloves are close to your nose, still carrying a hint of the coniferous forest where he buried his last victims, you will smell it - L'homme Intense. Leather, masculine, a freshness that lingers in the background but occasionally makes an appearance. Partially perhaps even slightly sweet, but very discreetly.
This scent is simply hard to describe; it requires a lot of imagination. It is one of my top favorites simply because it stands out and doesn't smell average. It smells special, and no one else smells quite like this, at least I have never noticed anyone else.
The scent will accompany you for an average amount of time, not a powerhouse in terms of longevity, but also not weak. It lasts without problems for 8 hours, but becomes a bit softer after 4-5 hours. Initially, the scent surrounds you strongly, but that fades quickly. You will notice it; others less so unless they are within a meter of you and the wind is blowing gently in their direction. Not a centerpiece scent, but hey - it is the shadow as a perfume.
As I said, the evil brother of L'homme. Devious, mysterious, full of secrets, but awesome.
Compliment scale: 8 out of 10, women and men love it, but for some, it is a bit too... mysterious.

Hab ja nicht umsonst gesagt das er der böse Bruder ist, oder? Brüder sind verwandt, meistens zumindest. Mir ist bewusst das da eine gewisse Ähnlichkeit herrscht, aber Intense riecht völlig anders, auch wenn die Grundbasis gleich ist. Deswegen ja die Verbindung, aber im dunklen Sinne. Intense ist dunkel, L'homme ist hell.

Sorry, aber diesen Duft als "böse" zu bezeichnen ist schlichtweg falsch. Ebenso, dass der "Intense" nichts mit dem normalen "L'homme" zu tun hat. Die Verwandtschaft ist eindeutig zu riechen.
