The Meringa has become a true feel-good fragrance for me. When I first visited the Osswald perfumery in Zurich and smelled it on the tester, it didn’t impress me at all. It smelled so unremarkable to me. However, on the way home, hours later, I could still clearly perceive the sweet, orangey scent. Since it is oil-based, you can still smell it on your skin even after showering. It lasts incredibly long.
I have already been asked several times which fragrance I am wearing.
In my perception, the scent direction is rather sweet. The orange blossom is very prominent. It has something noble that lingers in memory.
I find the bottle to be okay, classic and understated, but not particularly special.
Caution: may leave stains on clothing, so it’s best to apply it on the skin.
