1 Million Rabanne 2008 Eau de Toilette

I bought this fragrance on a spontaneous impulse. I was in a specialty store and tried out some scents until I eventually had One Million in my hand and found the packaging amusing at first. Then I sprayed the fragrance on a test strip and was thrilled by the top note. So off to the checkout. What a silly mistake...

After I wore the fragrance consciously for the first time, I noticed that the wonderful top note had faded after about 30 minutes, leaving only a heavy, sweet scent that clouded everything and everyone around me. It was a lesson for me to never judge a fragrance solely by its top note again.
