no longer special, but still good!

I can not understand all the negative comments about this fragrance.
The fragrance is versatile despite its sweetness and is really very well received by others. In addition, he convinces with an above-average durability and good price / performance ratio.
Sure, meanwhile, the fragrance is anything but unique, but that speaks in principle for the fragrance. It is understandable if you no longer wear it for the reason, but that does not reduce its quality. Today I wear him also only rarely, but still I get then many compliments.
Do not go with the fragrance too hard in court. The fragrance is not only worn by 14-year-olds.

Feel for you and think the same way. One of my favorite scents

And if you look at the point at which a fragrance may be called bad or boring, it becomes somewhat paradoxical, because ultimately with every buyer and every recommend a fragrance can become a bestseller and at some point be titled and rated as "sucked out". But a fragrance doesn't become popular out of nowhere
Is of course only one of the factors, but did not want to start a discussion here now, there are forums for that. :D

@Sk95. Absolutely right, Sauvage and Invictus share the same fate. Understandable if you don't wear the popular scents because you don't want to smell like everyone else (I see it similarly). But it bugs me that a popular fragrance is automatically judged as bad or boring. At the time of release, Sauvage was still celebrated for its uniqueness.

I agree with you and I'll add my two cents: Invictus I also wear very gladly and already a while but there you could look at e.g. also Sauvage, although not exaggerated synthetic-sweet but in its way an ingenious, mass-suitable fragrance. Bad reviews, just because a fragrance is very well known and every 2nd wears it (which is almost always the case with successful fragrances sooner or later), there will still be in 100 years.
