Agar Musk Ramón Monegal 2011

I admit, I was skeptical too! After many Oud experiments that were rather offensive to the nose, here comes "Agar Musk" from RM.

I must shamefully confess that I didn't know RM - until the newsletter from "Aus Liebe zum Duft" arrived. The descriptions of the fragrances sounded good, and I simply got stuck on "Agar Musk" and "Entre Naranjos," ordering both sample sizes.

Filled with anticipation, curiosity, and skepticism, I then conducted the test on a living object... first tentatively on my hand... WOW! Especially with Agar Musk, there was no "biting" smell, but rather pure harmony almost from the start. For me, the Oud combined with the musk came across very warm and cozy. I almost felt as snug as in my cashmere blanket. After trying it on my hands, I then attempted it on my body. And again, WOW! The scent development was identical, and considering that this is "only" an EDT, the longevity is very good. My surroundings (mostly women) perceived the scent as very pleasant and almost seductive (grin).

All in all, I am extremely enthusiastic and will definitely be getting this fragrance.
