Yes, it's solid. You can apply it generously in the evening to relax after a shower. By the time you go to bed, it's pretty much faded away.

"Number safe" is a matter of opinion, as you can see from the other reviews of the scent here. For me, it's a rather mild oud with an animalistic touch. Just typical for Rasasi.
