Sol La Réminiscence 2008

A bit of swimming pool, a dose of sunscreen, and a hint of pleasantly scented cleaning product -- these are the images that Sol La conjures up in my mind. It’s a beautiful, soft citrus scent with a touch of coolness, a fragrance that pairs perfectly in moderation with a gin and tonic on a hot summer day by the pool. Somehow I like it, and then again, somehow I don’t. Just like I feel about swimming pools of any kind.
However, I won’t be buying it, as I simply prefer swimming in the sea, so I’d rather choose something tropical as my high summer scent.
