Don't expect too much of a forest.
It stars piny and slightly earthy, with amber/rose background. I was guessing benzoin as it has kind of honey vibe to it (a pinch of it).
Overall a good, succesful and elegant blend with just a touch of sweetness. And even if you think it doesn't project anymore, it does, very gently, but it's still all over the place.
In terms of functionality i would consider it similar to Chanel Egoiste, or maybe Guerlain l'Instant. Non offensive, round and just a bit sweet, warm and elegant. Very nice.
