I like dark and resins but this for me is too dank and vile, and quite harsh on the edges. Though there is quality as well.

I just tested CDG Black recently and I think it has nothing to do with this, except being a ‘dark’ scent. Black is much thinner (much less natural content, very synthetic), main thing being dark licorice with some synth smokiness/tar and cedar. Where as 20Mars is dark resins and spices, a lot of them, very balsamic and dense.

I think this has somewhat similar vibe (dark animalic resinous leathery) than: Dev 2 (and dev 1 to lesser extent) by Olympic Orchids (which is more natural, stronger, even more challenging, too much for me), Qadah by Katana (which is more refined and simple, higher quality ingredients, but very strong, dark, dominating, though the most wearable one I think out of these three).
