Sweet Leather

Obscuro is a sweet leather fragrance. Definitely a very special scent that you either love or completely dislike. I find it super sexy and appreciate its uniqueness. I tested it and immediately bought the bottle because I needed it in my collection. Definitely not a scent to wear during the day at the office, but in the evening it envelops you in a seductive cloud. I love it!

I Choose Dark

What does Obscur mean? In the German language, the term corresponds to: shady, dubious, opaque, disreputable, etc.
Do these adjectives fit the scent Obscuro? Not really.
If I looked it up correctly, the Spanish meaning of Obscuro is dark. That’s what I choose as well.

Obscuro is the second fragrance from the brand Santa Eulalia that has made it into my collection. Taking a look at the pyramid, it’s not surprising at all. It contains everything that brings me joy.

Obscuro is a scent with little evolution, in my opinion.
Rather, I would compare the fragrance to a choral piece sung by several performers.

The base accord is balsamic sweet and is consistently maintained until the end. The first solo is taken by saffron, followed by leather in the middle part, before the quiet appearance of incense leads into the finale.

I find the longevity to be good. The scent lasts about 10 hours on my skin, significantly longer on fabric.
I would describe the sillage as moderate. This makes Obscuro wearable for me even at higher temperatures.

Like Vesper, Obscuro is also positioned for me between mainstream and niche. It has character but won’t stand out negatively to anyone.
