A drug store gem
I am a big fan of Finery, but I know that they can miss just as often as they hit. When I tested the new mens line, this one really stood out.
First impressions- lavender and tonka bomb. This combo works so well together. I am not that into tonka, but the lavender is so herbaceous without going screechy that it keeps the tonka in check. Keeps it interesting.
As it dries down, I start to get the cedar and a hint of musk(?), but nothing too funky. This is clean-yet-creamy. It's like a more masculine YSL Libre. The most uni-sex scent from this line. Big hard femme energy.
I get a full 8 hours of noticeable wear with arms length projection and a perfect night-on-the-town sillage. For $30 US I am thoroughly impressed.
