At first, I perceive the orange/tangerine quite well - about like the top notes in Pour Monsieur (or similar), so citrusy fresh with spice. Unlike the fragrances I like, where the top note comes out much fresher and is not muted by spices. But, what SL offers is not bad.
Quickly, a floral fresh component joins in - but not a bright, white one. I would guess rose or rose-like plants (wild rose (rosehip)). Elsewhere on the internet, "celery-green" is mentioned. However, I cannot agree with that. It is a somewhat intrusive note that becomes unpleasant for me over time. Therefore, I lean towards rose - which I usually do not handle well. Underneath, there remains a note of orange peel, somewhat bitter, recognizable.
Towards the end, the scent darkens and becomes a bit sweeter. This rose-like note remains on top. After over 6 hours, it finally disappears (almost). What remains is an ambered (smoky-sweet) soft scent that becomes very quiet. But even then, a little bit of that rose is still recognizable for me.
Overall, the scent does not convince me, which is why I will not test it further. SL fans and rose lovers are welcome to give it a try.
The notes don't really appeal to me either-nutmeg and orange, hmm. And then if celery is added to the mix :o) (which I would definitely smell with my luck) Nope, nope, not tempting!
For me, it had a celery note in the blend :(. I can't handle celery.
