Washed Raspberries
Uuuund again a fragrance brand that I haven't tried a single scent from yet. But as often, I received a sample here as well, so I could test the fragrance. Actually, that's not entirely true. In reality, I had asked a lovely perfumer if I could have a sample, who was kind enough to send me this scent. Really sweet of her, even if she often threatens me with a beating :DD
But before she tries to hit me again, I’d better quickly test the scent so that she is distracted by reading this comment :D
If necessary, I'll just mention my cat, then she, like all you perfumers here, will be delighted, and will quickly forget about me:
Cat cat kitty meow mhhhrrrr purr cat etc etc… :D
**The scent:**
The scent starts powdery and slightly sweet with berries and floral notes, where the floral notes (I assume these are the magnolias,… *sigh* I need to Google what these flowers even look like :D) initially smell a bit stuffy. Shortly after, I smell oranges or orange peels, which have a slightly citrusy and also a bit bitter scent.
A little later, you can still smell the blueberries and the scent is still slightly powdery. However, it is no longer stuffy and therefore smells more pleasant, although the sweetness continues to decrease (but of course does not disappear).
Even though the sweetness is rather low later on, it is still perceived from the musk. For me, the scent also comes across as very clean and tidy (but that shouldn’t mean “soapy”), which simply provides a nice, pleasant feeling. And so the scent remains, powdery, tidy, and very slightly sweet. Nice!
And somehow… I’m not sure, it seems to me in the background as if I were smelling a very, very light tea note… but I could be wrong, as I have been sniffing some tea scents lately.
**The sillage and longevity:**
Either I can’t smell anymore or all the others here who rated the sillage so strongly have no idea :D
But for me, the scent radiates at most moderately. An average rating of seven points, as seen here on Parfumo, means to me that it should be clearly noticeable and leave a (small) scent cloud behind. But here, you really have to get closer, and I don’t think you’ll be trailing a scent trail after an initially rising scent cloud. You might even have to reapply it.
Also, the longevity isn’t that long, so the scent gradually fades after about five to six hours.
**The bottle:**
The bottle is cylindrical and rises somewhat steeper or sharper towards the neck. The glass has a blue tint, adapted to blueberries (well, the bottles of the other scents are also blue), and looks great. On the front, there is a white label with a golden frame. The cap is polygonal and gilded, with the Shay & Blue logo visible on the underside. A very beautiful bottle.
Ohh, Blueberry Musk has become a light but very beautiful scent. Its sweetness is rather low despite the blueberries and musk, so it smells more powdery and clean with slight woody notes.
I think Blueberry Musk has an aura that brings a certain satisfaction and well-being, which also means that you can use the scent very well for relaxation, and of course also for cuddling and such (Cuddle Berries :D). Even my cat finds the scent cozy and cuddles up to me,… which is probably because my arms are warm and he likes that warmth. If only he weren’t so big and heavy, as my arms start to suffer under his weight after a short time,… what one does for their pet, those ungrateful little devils! :D
At home, the scent is usable as often on all days; outside, for me, it is a spring and summer scent, as it has a slightly lower sillage for the other days.
I find the scent very successful and therefore recommend it for a test.

I'm trying it out in the heat right now and I agree with you - it's a really pleasant summer scent. I can also smell the tea. It's herbaceous-bitter with berry notes, hardly sweet. And very cozy... So, a recommendation from AugustA as well.

Cat? Cat! Now I'm so lost in thoughts about little fluffy paw pads that I don't even remember what I wanted to complain about! Hmm... *thinking* Oh right! Tea? I think you've secretly smoked tea! Hehe. You smell like tea everywhere xD I don't smell any tea ;) But that's okay. I won't hold it against you because of Haydut!! ;D Trophy for you!
