Great No-Brainer Freshie for Between Times

I became aware of this brand a few months ago through advertising on social media. I hadn't heard anything about this brand from Germany before. It doesn't seem to be a pure perfume brand, as there are also a few care products in the range. I browsed through the selection, although most of this brand doesn't come off very well. There aren't many reviews anywhere, but really few of this brand seem interesting, except for this "Marseille | Sober." There are many cities named in the collection, and here Marseille fits wonderfully with this light blue summery liquid. One expects a summery-fresh scent, and that's exactly what you get here. Is it worth it? As a freshie for between times, definitely for me.

This great scent deserves a review, as it is so empty here. The RRP is €49 for 50ml, which isn't too much, but due to strong competition in the cheapie category, it's also not a "must-have." However, anyone looking for a great summery modern no-brainer for between times won't go wrong here.
With this brand from Berlin, you can also order samples in advance, which is a great thing. You receive the desired scent along with 4 other samples. Since the other scents didn't appeal to me much, I bought this Marseille individually with a bit of a discount at another shop.
The scents come in a simple box, which is quite nice in white and can be easily disposed of if desired. The 50ml bottles are uniform and look professional, living up to the price range; everything works flawlessly.

I blind ordered and tested this scent for the first time: It felt familiar right away, but I couldn't recall the name. After some thought, "Un Jardin sur le Nil | Hermès" by Hermès came to mind. The opening has pretty much that DNA, even though it comes unexpectedly from the pyramid. What they definitely share: This wonderful refreshing note like a green garden in midsummer. Here, of course, much more fruit is still active. Lemon & mango are listed. The mango is not entirely clear as such, but it adds a great fruity component that gets a slight ACE drink/smoothie vibe from the carrot. The green freshness (here from basil) is also not lacking and complements this fruity-citrus note. Aquatic notes come in through fresh sea salt, giving everything a great modern no-brainer aquatic vibe and lots of summer vibes. I really like salt in fragrances, which also played a big part in this purchase. It feels casual and already has a carefree quality in its DNA. The base leans more towards cedar with clean musk and that slightly salty freshness.
Overall, it's really easy to wear for any occasion.
In terms of performance, one must clearly say: This is just a scent for between times. However, I don't find that bad, as I like to wear scents for 3-4 hours. This scent has real sillage for maybe 1-2 hours, after which it becomes skin-close until it should be gone after 4-5 hours. But as a sport and leisure scent, this absolutely works.

Overall, this scent fulfills its purpose and is a great scent for a few hours. Not a must-have, but it definitely spritzes on good mood & casualness.
