I’d like to take a moment to resolutely speak out against violence towards plush bunnies in a somewhat longing leap of thought. However... if they’re beheaded for such a beautiful statement 🤔😇 Anyway: A 10!!!!! With Steve McQueen and Lana and delightfully... um, enjoyed peaches... now I’m at a loss with all this tragically unfulfilled testing desire 😍
The rabbit is doing wonderfully again, no worries, he’s just complaining about neck pain... So, I think it’s absolutely fabulous, and I would be quite sad if you didn’t like it (no pressure :))
Oh yes, I know that so well: the more feeling, the less desire for analysis. Heart kicks head right out :) I'm really happy for you. And as always, I'm amazed at how much more there is to so many vintage treasures than just the basic fragrance pyramid.
Sonia's elixir of sensuality has caught your attention 🔥 I have a mini of it and still haven't found the words to describe it… Melt comet in a musky muddy night for you 💫
Thank you! ☺️ I still haven't figured out the line between "captivating" and "overwhelming," what's too much and why... For me, everything here is just right, nothing too much, nothing too little...
The scent wrote that. I wash my hands of innocence. Love @ElAttarine, if the sample weren't empty, it would have to find its way to you right now. There were three sprays in it, and I had to verify for over a week that love isn't just a passing fling. I’ll tell you what I was told: “Dangerous stuff. Definitely don’t test it.” 😈
* "Dangerous stuff. Definitely don’t test it." That was the advice from a dear perfumer. A ban or an invitation, oh, what could happen?! Nothing. And everything. "Godamn, man child, you fucked me so good that I almost said, 'I love you…'" "7ᵉ Sens" is pretty much the essence of what brings me to my knees: aldehydes, dark flowers, boozy civet, a "call me by your name" peach, naughty sweetness, grown-up mossy landscapes, worn leather sofas, spicy gestures, loads (!) of the dirtiest musk. Just that kind of dirty musk, vibrating around me from the top notes, really kicks up serotonin production. I think of Tricky and "Angels with Dirty Faces." Of "The Dreamers" by Bernardo Bertolucci and "Shame" by Steve McQueen. And I get emotional and tend to write too much irrelevant stuff. In short: As always, when a scent captivates, neither the journey nor the details matter, the feeling is what counts. The review is maturing.
Magnificently described. A scarlet night. Or maybe a solar eclipse. Either way? Beautiful…!
Plush bear with a severed head.
That sounds almost bloody.
Congrats on the bullseye! 😉
But the plush bunny didn't really have to be there...
Back then, the brand was hot!
