Misterioso Sospiro

Is it an oud? Is it an animal? NO, it’s MISTERIOSO!!!
Name me a truly animalic-resinous, heavy women's fragrance that even grown men find themselves coughing and astonished? Right, there aren’t many of those. However, Misterioso definitely belongs at the top of that list. Even if one could say that all Sospiros are rather unisex, there’s at least the women’s logo at the top, and the manufacturer must have thought this through... I just don’t quite know what yet. Probably exactly to create such an intense fragrance that only the toughest of the softer sex dare to wear. And then to lure with such a creamy fragrance pyramid... :D big cinema! When it hits, it hits hard.
It is a woody scent. Deep down in its heart, it has a soft, cuddly side. Yes. Even sandalwood cannot be overpowered. But overall, the name fits perfectly, and the scent is an animalic, green-brown labdanum monster, against which many an oud fragrance seems weak. It reminds me of a mix of "Pardon," "Black Afghano," and "Amber Absolute." With chest hair, mossy forest beer in hand, and a very tough exterior. And until this is sucked down to the creamy-black heart, every wearer needs patience and courage. Or one simply loves, like I do, the entire fragrance, even its harsh first minutes/hours. Those who dare usually win. This scent would suit a female vagabond, who doesn’t immediately reveal her royal roots. Grim, musty, resinous, strong. If she’s too strong, you’re too weak. She doesn’t just want to play. But once you’ve welcomed her into your heart, or she has you, there might be no turning back. One of the finest from the exquisite Sospiro collection!
Bottle: I like the bottles covered with the finest fabrics even better.
Sillage & Longevity: a soulful, profound cave monster that takes no prisoners. For 10 hours.
Conclusion: one of the most animalic fragrances labeled as women's perfume that I have ever encountered. Good so - a musty-sweaty bomb!

I do take issue with the phrase "soft gender," but I find your comment "strong." The scent is going straight onto my wishlist, as I don't always like such heavy hitters, but I'm liking them more and more. ;-)
