Stella Stella McCartney 2003 Eau de Parfum

One of my absolute favorite fragrances, for me a classic. First of all: the scent lasts incredibly long - I don't mean the wear time (although that is also not to be underestimated), but I mean it doesn't turn. I had the fragrance sitting around for 15 years and only used it very sparingly, as it was hard for me to get in the past. Not a bit has it changed, which impressed me greatly. Perhaps it was partly due to the somewhat darkened bottle of the old version (and of course to my good storage, away from light in the cupboard).
It is a rosy scent, the rose clearly stands out for me. It is somehow girlish and playful, yet it has something bitter, something distant about it. That is probably what sets it apart from other rose fragrances and makes it so special. It does not pander, it does not demand too much from others, it simply exists and stands for itself, if that makes sense. In any case, highly recommended!
