I have a few acquaintances, but only one very best friend. I met her about 17 years ago, around the same time I met and fell in love with my husband. Our friendship has survived my marriage by 2 years now; she is the only relationship that has endured this separation, and she is my absolute favorite person. She is completely honest, loving, and humorous, and always has a saying ready that has made me spit out my Saturday morning coffee more than once. Despite having 4 children, 3 dogs, 1 husband, and a full-time job, she always finds time for me. Every Saturday we go out for breakfast and enjoy ourselves, and no matter how twisted my mood was beforehand... afterwards, there is light in the darkness.
Panthea is practically the fragrant equivalent of my dear friend, as the scent has a sunny, radiant disposition; it is soft, warm, and noble, while on the other hand, it radiates incredible strength and serenity. I had the pleasure of experiencing it for the first time 2 years ago, and when I sprayed it, I involuntarily thought of my friend, and the small sample was treasured like a gem. When the sample eventually ran out, coincidentally, I received another larger sample with a purchase, and this time it was a sign for me to delve deeper into the fragrance.
The scent starts off citrusy fresh with bergamot and soft warm with mandarin. The elemi resin is also distinctly noticeable and blends wonderfully with its slight pencil note. Soon, a bit of green from the violet leaf joins in, and it becomes powdery through the iris, and the musk is already doing its best, adding a wonderful fluff. If that sounds a bit sterile to anyone, they can rest assured. Panthea is clean, yet it radiates an incredible warmth and security.
Panthea is my everything-will-be-okay scent, just like my friend is my everything-will-be-okay friend. It was this very friend who convinced me to treat myself to a bottle. "Do something good for yourself again..." she nudged me, and so the beautiful, high-quality bottle ended up in my collection. She was the first to spray from the bottle. She sniffed and said that it was something truly wonderful. "That's for spraying," I replied, and we couldn't stop laughing. "Well then, you can take me with you everywhere now," she said. And she's right... Panthea is my friend to spray.
I can totally relate to that! I have a friend like that too. And I definitely need to try this fragrance now. Thank you so much for this engaging, heartfelt comment!
If you have even just one person who is so honest, consistent, and reliable, and who also gives you their time, that’s already a great gift! But rest assured: your girlfriend will feel the same way about you! Great comment, lovely comparison, I really enjoyed reading it!
I have someone like that in my life too, and scents that reflect well-being, even if they’re not her. Such people and fragrances are worth more than gold. For this lovely comment about a beautiful scent, I’m happy to leave a "Friendship Trophy"!
And having such a lovely scent is nice too. :)
