Childhood memories in a bottle

This takes me immediately to my dad’s rhubarb patch, where my mom would send us out in the early morning to snap some stalks for strawberry-rhubarb pie later that day. The rhubarb note is incredibly realistic, with that celery-like aspect coming through in a way I love. There’s also the impression of dewy leaves and a hint of damp soil in the most pleasant way possible—I can practically feel the Pennsylvania morning mist. The longevity is impressive for something so tart and fresh. I think it’s incredible.
