On my skin, only an unpleasant dusty-bitter saffron-amber-oud accord is identifiable. Zero praline, zero rose. Does it need to mature?

Definitely needs to mature,
smells incredibly good after a month. Cozy warm, praline-like rose with saffron.

Oh yes, thank you for sharing your experience with the scent regarding its aging.
I feel the same way; I've had it for a few weeks now, and it smells much more rosy, softer, and sweeter. The scratchy, dusty notes have completely disappeared. I find it very beautiful now. I wear it alone or like to layer it with **ROSE 01**, which adds a fruity-rosy touch to the praline rose that I really like, making **OUD 07**, which I initially thought of as an evening scent, very wearable for me during the day as well.

I felt the same way, such a shame...

The scent really does need some time. I set it aside for a few weeks and then tried it again, and now the rose and a very elegant, praline sweetness are coming through. I'm happy that it has developed so beautifully.
