Rosy cream soap. A strong yet incredibly soft rose-musk scent with just the right amount of sweetness from raspberry. Absolutely lovely and wonderfully high-quality.

For me, it's more solid. I'm not a huge fan of the brand.

I don't either. This earthy-dry amber, which tends to lean very oriental in many of his fragrances, isn't really my thing. Among his rose scents, I liked the two that don't have this DNA the most. I found Kandahar to be quite ordinary, rather conventional. On the other hand, the Maroc-Rose relies too much on the house DNA. I especially like L'Eau from him, and I think Rose Vermeille has the same base.

Wow, that sounds quite rosy.

I find it very similar to Iris Poudre. It's also a creamy, soapy-rosy scent for me. However, it feels a bit more modern, which is certainly partly due to the raspberry.
