Terres Dorées Printemps is a delightful bouquet of spring flowers, so true to its name. It opens with a blast of bright fresh rose, dewy soft jasmine and newly opened honeysuckle flowers, and I can also detect some hyacinth and lilac even though those aren't listed in the pyramid. I can't get any citruses but there is definitely a hint of basil in the background, it fades very quickly though. Printemps doesn't remind me only of a floral spring, it's also very much like the overall smell in the florist's shops or flower markets. The drydown becomes more powdery due to sandalwood. To me the sandalwood note smells very similar to the one in Samsara Eau de Toilette. If you're not a fan of white flowers but love flower dominated fragrances in general, I encourage you to test Printemps anyway because even though the note pyramid might suggest something very white floral, there's nothing screechy or indolic in the composition, and the rose is dominating all other notes. Printemps is a perfect choice for everybody looking for an easy uplifting unapologetically floral long lasting spring fragrance. It's nothing overly original but definitely enjoyable and spreading only positive, optimistic vibes. Feels like it's pushing the darkness away and bringing the hope of new life and melting snow whenever you spray it.
Oh, do you live in continental United States? I'm so sorry that I have no idea what that means though but according to Terres Dorées website, they ship to "continental United States" and also "We consult for the countries which are not referenced.", I could also ask Louis if they will ship to your address or not, just PM me if you like 🥰 I think that Terres Dorées is such a small brand that their fragrances aren't available in any other stores than their own (website, and they have own boutiques in France). I have only ordered directly from their website, and everything went very smoothly. ☺️ When I'll make the interview with Louis, I can ask him more about the availability of the products worldwide, and I could add that information to my upcoming blog articles too.
