Spirited Energy
Azzi describes C as attractive and self-confident. Charged with temperament, but also spiritual energy that touches everything around you. C starts off slightly peppery, citrusy, fresh, and immediately brings bright woods as a sound base from the very first minute.
The fragrance has power in every moment, without consciously expressing it. It coexists with me. And makes the air around me vibrate. The spicy-fresh wood accords have something creative about them. They keep me from settling down and yet help with focusing. The fact that C hardly undergoes any significant development until the drydown greatly aids this and enhances the effect.
C is a reliable, enduring, creative, or even spiritual aura. It playfully accompanies me throughout the workday and reveals a warm-balsamic drydown of light musk, wood, and slightly resinous notes after about 8 hours.
C is a test recommendation for fans of woody, slightly spicy fragrances that score points with their simplicity and durability.
In calmness lies strength.

The musk in Sequoia Wood has a slight "dirtiness," so I would completely dismiss any concerns about it being "clean." Even here, in C, it's still somewhat sensual, but definitely less prominent than in Sequoia :)

When I see neroli and musk in the notes, I'm worried about too much cleanliness and a cleaner association. The same goes for Sequoia Wood. Do you think that's unfounded?
