One of the few fragrances where the vetiver smells pleasantly fresh. It has a slight office touch scent, but I would still say it is versatile enough to wear. I've received compliments as well. The fragrance is very well balanced for me, and I also like the sillage. It's not too fresh or too sweet.
I can't understand why it would smell synthetic; to me, it smells really good and natural.
With verve and attitude, the scent is much more than just office-appropriate for me. It embodies the perfect balance of surprise, understatement, style confidence, and consistency. Not something to brag about, and definitely not for those who collect compliments. That’s what makes it so special. It’s not something you just throw on casually. You need to have the right awareness to convey the fragrance's grandeur properly. Elegant.
Yes, I agree with you! I still prefer the Eau de Toilette version. It's fresher, despite the expected "drawbacks" in longevity and sillage. *"Drawbacks" in quotes because they don't really feel like drawbacks to me. It's just fun to spray it on! :)*
